☀ the revolution takes us home

october is my favorite month of the year. i was hoping to post a whole lot more, all month, in fact, but i just adopted a tiny kitten and she has been consuming evvvvvvvery single moment of my time.

BUT !

from now until all saints day, ill be posting ONLY spooky dens and creepy old houses, altars and kitchens full of harvest goodies, halloween decorations and abandoned buildings and all manner of unsettling october-ish deliciousness !!

let it be known, however, that i will be leaving for queens // purchase wednesday night and will be remaining downstate through the 5th of november. several things will be working against me: firstly, my laptop has recently passed on to the internet cafe in the sky, so i will need to find another device to tumble from. secondly, il’ya [ who i will be staying with, of course ] has a terribly crappy laptop that i will most likely try to use and get frustrated with in about six seconds. we will then return to having ridiculous amounts of sex and i might very well forget all about gypsy-den tumbling. thirdly, there is a good chance i will get dragged out to deadmau5 & skrillex @ roseland ballroom // go to tight crews creatures of the night rave // attend some insanely dumb purchase costume party // take a bus to the rally to restore sanity/madness/whateverthefuck // end up at some shitshow @ the stood // drive to sleepy hallow // find myself at a fire @ the dunes // be distracted by drunk people // take a six day nap // have no idea who i am anymore.

also the purchase interwebz is MAD slow.

in any case, im going to queue a bunch of spooky lovlies and hope to god that the queue works :] ill be popping on and off tumbland when i get the chance.

but i have rainbow hair now and i am finding the need to share it with everyone :3

i mean, my head has been pink and blue and red and blue-green and purple and orange and everything in between before now, but with winter coming i thought a combination of all the aforementioned would be a tad more cheerful. it was not difficult to do in the slightest; in fact it was pretty haphazard and if my hair wasnt so curly you would notice how uneven it is. but who gives. my roots are all grown out overall my head is manky, but im pretty pleased.
